Arthrex Inc. - Sr. IT Business Analyst – Product Management & Engineering


  • Leads new team on-boardings efforts and trainings for the Workfront Work Management Platform

  • Collaborates with the Product Development and Quality departments to manage the pipeline of Information Technology projects and enhancements using Workfront

  • Translates business goals and objectives into strategic business capabilities and develops roadmaps that define business strategy

  • Facilitates identification of key business strategy elements and analyzes business process requirements to develop functional/system specifications while ensuring regulations, such as 21 CFR Part 11, 820 and cGMP are addressed in software validations

  • Coordinates and assists with document validation and testing activities; preparation/approval of protocols and reports. 

  • Collaborates with internal and external technical resources performing analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities for Work Management and Product Requirements Documentation Technologies.

  • Provides technical guidance and training to application development teams, consults on integration and conversion issues and participates in mapping technology-independent application architecture to the chosen technology platform. 

IT Strategic Initiatives Committees


  • Leads and coordinates internal IT team work activities for the IT Retention Committee to improve employee retention within IT by interfacing with IT employees, HR and Technology leadership

  • Leads and coordinates internal IT team work activities for the IT Project Standards and Transparency Committee to improve transparency of IT projects within IT and IT Business Partners by interfacing with IT employees and Technology leadership

  • Assists HR Recruiting and Technology leadership in work activities for the IT Recruitment Committee to improve IT employee recruitment

Arthrex Inc. Via Ranger Tech

  • Created governance and training documentation for Workfront and Jama systems.

  • Facilitates Workfront training sessions for the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Marketing teams.

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of effective Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management processes, procedures and metrics for Slack, Jama, Lucidchart, Adobe Sign and Workfront.

  • Documents system and business requirements for the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Marketing teams.

  • Partners with the Engineering team to plan, support, and coordinate (SaaS) deployments and updates.

  • Provides day to day system administrator support as it relates to the management of Workfront, Slack, and Jama, including but not limited to software licensing, user training and user end support for both domestic and international teams. 


The Walt Disney Company - Disney Vacation Club: Business Analyst 


  • Identified areas of opportunity and improved process within the Disney Vacation Club Sales line of business.

  • Created, managed and developed pre-project plans, gathered requirements, process modeled, process mapped, created business cases and project definitions for enhancements to the Disney Vacation Club Shipboard App and the Disney Vacation Club Mobile Engagement Strategy. 

  • Reviewed user stories, system requirements, business rules, and scenario documentation to verify they met business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and bug fixes using Version One with Disney IT. 

  • Provided triage and performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce related releases 


 The Walt Disney Company - Disney Vacation Club: Systems Support

  • Created a process for managing system issues and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Member Services Systems Support Team using Workfront.

  • Provided triage for all system challenges received by the entire Disney Vacation Club Member Services operation for the following applications: AS400, Axis, Passport, A la Carte, CastApp, Anchors Away, KANA, MAUI, Dreams, and Lilo. 

  • Created user stories, attended daily scrums, performed backlog grooming, defect management, and monitored risks for Disney Vacation Club Member Services using Version One.                                                                                                                        


 The Walt Disney Company - Disney Event Group – Creative Project Manager/Photographer 

  • Managed the Disney Fine Art Photography Studio and Disney Fine Art Photography Equipment Cage. 

  • Created and developed a tracking and reporting process for all of Disney Fine Art Photography Studio and Cage equipment.

  • Created, designed and built customized training for 80+ photographers for the implementation and rollout of Profoto D2 Lighting System in the Walt Disney World Wedding Pavilion, the rollout of the Virtual Background System and The Walt Disney Company Legacy Awards using the Adobe Creative Suite.                                                                                                                              


 The Walt Disney Company - ESPN – Business Analyst/Project Manager 

  • Led the ESPN Bottomline Team using scrum and agile methodologies including daily stand up, the creation of user stories, leading sprint planning and estimation, backlog grooming and reporting, defect management, and risk monitoring using Jira and Confluence.

  • Designed and built customized workflows and training materials for the implementation of Workfront Software for ESPN Creative Services and Technical Teams in addition to tracking new users and system administrator responsibilities. 

  • Managed the ESPN Mobile applications for The Walt Disney Company App Slate for the Walt Disney Company Executive Leadership Team.

  • Created, developed, maintained and launched the first cross departmental release report known as the “Technology Release Calendar,” collaborating with over 40 project managers and technical leads using Google Docs, Keynote and the Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Expedited the creation and implementation of a new unified workflow for the Enterprise QA Technology Teams focusing on reporting, automation, resources, and process by working cross-functionally with key business partners to help establish strategic goals and objectives, and setting expectations on functional scope using Jira, Confluence, Visio and Google Docs.

  • Facilitated the refactoring of the requirements tool repository for the technology and product teams by eliciting requirements, process modeling, process mapping, and using scrum and agile methodologies. 


 BET/Viacom – Creative Project Manager/Photographer 

  • Developed and managed the implementation and distribution of The BET Youth Experience visual publications for The Bet Awards and Lead Photographer for the BET Youth Experience.

  • Lead “BET Rap It Up” social media, promotional and advertising campaign photographer.                                                                                                                      

Anschutz Entertainment Group – Creative Project Manager/Photographer 

  • Produced and managed Youth Program photography for Advertising and Marketing Materials.
