Marketing & Fundraising Chair

• Provides direction for the organization by providing the vision, mission and goals of the organization with the clinic Executive Director and leads the clinics fundraising and marketing committees.

• Talent Acquisition: Assists with recruitment of Veterinary Doctors, Executive Director, and office personnel.

• Marketing Strategy: Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to increase public awareness of the clinic's services, mission, and impact. This includes creating advertising campaigns, managing social media accounts, producing promotional materials, and organizing community outreach events.

• Brand Management: Ensures the clinic's brand identity is effectively communicated and maintained across all marketing channels.

• Donor Cultivation: Identifies and cultivates relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and supporters who are aligned with the clinic's mission and values.

• Fundraising Events: Plans, coordinates, and executes fundraising events and campaigns to generate revenue for the clinic.

•  Grant Writing and Management: Assists with research for grant proposals to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and other grant-making organizations.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracks and analyzes marketing and fundraising metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

• Collaboration: Collaborates with other members of the clinic's leadership team, volunteers, and staff to ensure alignment between marketing and fundraising efforts and overall organizational goals and priorities.

• Compliance: Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing marketing, fundraising, and nonprofit organizations in Osceola County Florida.

 

The American Red Cross : Service to the Armed Forces (2020 – Present) 

 CCC Program Management - Volunteer 

• Created governance and training documentation for new Red Cross volunteers for the Compassionate Contact Corps Program

• On-boards new Red Cross CCC volunteers

• Facilitates communication between the American Red Cross and US Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure volunteers are properly trained and matched with a US Veteran
